Shailaja Nair is a  graduate in  psychology and a post graduate (gold medalist) in philosophy  from Bangalore university. Her exposure to psychology and philosophy has given her a unique understanding and ability to deal with toddlers and young adults. 3C’s Education was formed out of a passion for learning and teaching. She is an advocator of Dr.Maria Montessori’s philosophy of ‘Holistic Development’. As educators  we all know the importance of birth to 6 years of a child’s life.

Dr. Maria Montessori believed that the mind of a child has the capacity to unconsciously absorb everything about its environment. She believed experience  created during the 1^st six years of life becomes permanent and  that early childhood education and environment has a lifelong effect upon the child’s personality. So, these formative years are very crucial in shaping the child’s future and we as educators play a major role in  making a child  become a contributing member of the society as an adult!!!

Together Manjula and Shailaja have shaped one of the best play schools in Saibaba colony. The school also offers a day care centre for those interested. Their firm belief in the Montessori system has resulted in 3C’s Sree Foundation becoming one of the best Montessori play schools in Coimbatore.

Being exposed to the poor communication skills, low confidence levels and lack of  right  etiquette in the younger generation especially our young adults 3C’s offers Personality development classes, Communicative English coaching and Etiquette classes and also soft skills training.
